Swat loses his Jami with a title on the line?!

That may be the final blessing in Ticket's charmed season.

And Tom, do you think anybody really gives a shit whether you went eight or nine seasons without a title?

Ticket says

Boykins stole the ball from your TJ, scored on your TJ, drew a foul on your TJ, and put the game out of reach on your TJ. TJ notched nada in the last quarter. This "title on the line" you say you missed without unavailable Jammy (25 last match)...funny, very funny.

A two two for you from Horford to go with your Jammy slippers. Your rookie of the year loses to Philly's Thad Young and his 22 fp's.

I see a pattern. Does anyone besides you have a thought to share about your chance to even play next week for a title?

Swat 171+Lewis,R...not the dead one.
Paul 54 (a better pick than AI)
Kobe 41
Ford(y guy says Swat this week) 25
Hor-(rific-)ford 22
SMurphy 29
Lewis vs LBJ noon Sat. on ESPN
(Even with an extra dozen from Jammy, it's out of Swat's reach.)

Ticket 160+Martin,AI
Amare 37 (benched last quarter)
Odom 49
(Eric says on draft day LO's a mistake over Jammy. Odom's the sixth guy to give Ticket at least a 49 in a match from his lineup.)
J How 33
Crawford 41
Martin vs AI 6 PM Sat.

Ticket asks,
Any chance I can get my hands on my moolah Sunday?

Hoop Social said...

This e-mail's been sent to nine guys.

Jolly Roger (or if not Lucky Lab) at 5 PM? Since I'm down 11 with Martin & AI up against Lewis, I'm shutting off my internet Sunday, if possible. I'm gonna "row, row, row my boat", weather permitting, until next season's return to cyberspace.
I'll check e-mails periodically in the library if our last meet's not happening. Please call me at 503 449-0054 for updates on time & loc if this happens.

Swat's last hope:
Forward Ron Artest has a sprained left thumb and center Brad Miller has a lower leg sprain, and both will likely miss tonight's game, a Kings spokesman said. Guard Kevin Martin is under the weather, dealing with stomach pains.

An early night off for AI in a King blow out would make Lewis, R. an Easter symbol for Swat's resurrection. Tummy ache? This friggin' game

Swat 201-Ticket 160+AI,Martin (out with tummy ache?)

All bets off for last meeting this weekend. M&M's in Mexico and Sean's in Vegas. X-Man says he leaves the 12th or 14th. Feed back for next weekend needed. X-Man says DBS choice of Jolly Rogers last season was a flop DBS didn't show up for.

Ticket says
Swat 201-228 Ticket
Big Panty, Mighty Mo, Just Ryno Baby and now Ticket twice title bound.

Swat, Nitecaps, P4, or E-Team to join us after next season?

Or will Hoop Social close out the decade with a ninth different champ in as many years?

Ticket 237-236 Nitecaps. That was my favorite match.

The online services tell us who plays what position, don't tell us what the score is based on the first game by a player in a match period, and don't refund after crashing. At least the match period schedule with the least number of early/late calls has been learned from usage of such a service.

One more demand would make such a service complete. The return of the robot. I sensed the match average Kontrol scored kept quitters more involved, but I could be wrong.

Eric, please set up the final meet.
I'm turning off my internet.

E Team reporting...

Fine job by the former ducat dealer in going nearly wire to wire for title No. 2. Amare and Iverson stayed healthy and were huge. Great late-round pickup in JCraw as insurance for KevMart, who blossomed into much more than a spot-up jump shooter. A breakout season from HomOdom and gigantic first half from Kaman.

Solid. Well done. Of course, now we have to hear about it endlessly for the next ten years. Oh well.

There's some money that needs to change hands, as well as a round of drinks or two. I'm wondering about a get-together either Wednesday or Thursday night, perhaps around nine or nine thirty. Early riser Billy might object if he had any intention of attending, but I'm not sure about that.

Let's hear some feedback people.
