Tom sounds like an interesting Beatles tribute I know the Tappan Zee well my cousin David lived in the Piermont/Nyack area on the west shore of the Hudson and my cousin Diane in the White Plains/Yonkers area.She used to work in Tarrytown after moving from an upper East side high rise.I recall David and I used to go GWB to Jersey get gas from cheaper old school uniformed attendants then proceed up to Piermont.They had a great music scene there a small club that used to attract big names from the city.
Congratulations to Hawthorne I last went to the fair in the 80's I had a trip planned for the every 10 year anniversary when the Dead were to appear I believe 1992 but Jerry was sick and later died of course a drug and sugar addiction killed him.

I just want to comment on the amazing high scores that have been posted in the first round of the playoffs. Really tough losses by Mark and P$. My memory is pretty bad, but I'm guessing that these might be some of the highest on record. Reason...we are playing the playoffs while the stars of the league are still playing games. My case for 35 games has been made. In fact, the NBA should take a cue from the Eleague and shorten it's season.
