P4 up like 50 with Harden and Paul likely to leave Hans laughing at Jordan (22 last match), even if KD and Leonard match the German's top finishers.

I read about the chromium, cadmium combo for coloring bottles in Portland, along with the arsenic found in the fungi or moss on trees. Stuff on trees looks like day glo circa Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters. I believe the commish has a stake in the gardener world of the greatest northwest. I doubt if he is concerned. My guess is this is a diversion. The Passaic River will be dredged as a Superfund site while the Willamette River superfund site remains undredged. See what you get when your governor, NJ's candied yam, backs President "You're Fired."
Eric and my old friend the science teacher Dan Evans believes it is better to let it remain settled than stir it up. So maybe Portland is better off than Newark post clean up.

A scientist affilliated with the Sierra Club says messures planned for the Passaic are inadequate so how are we to expect the bottlers to better Uncle Sam's work in stump town?

When I lived in NY there was a similar controversy about the upper Hudson being cleaned of PCBs a legacy of the large GE complexes near Schnectady and Rome NY the latter being Pat Riley's hometown.GE took the same position that not stirring up river bottom sediments was a wiser choice than Superfund.Being an old acid head from the bay I always respond to references to Owsley/Kesey/the Dead and the Pranksters. They still have that hippie country fair by Veneta near Eugene?

E Team:

Mark, not fair. I've got 96, not 86. Kyrie 35, GaryElfrid 35, Thadd 26.

Somebody explain this to me. There are 103 missed shots in the Nets-Nuggets game and Thadd Young, playing 39 minutes, gets five rebounds. What the fuck else is he doing out there? Of course, that's better than BLo-pez and his FOUR boards.

Don't mess with the E Team. I'm going for the upset.

Yes 96 sorry Eric the 35 I wrote next to Kyrie looked like a 25

Country Fair still there - Li'l Hawthorne is part of a booth there, has been since the late 70s...

E Team:

The E Team's 18-year old daughter and friends attended the Oregon Country Fair last year, but didn't do the naked body painting thing. At least not as far as I know.

Next year send Little E to Roll-On Egg Rolls for free egg rolls and a spot to rest off the trail if needed... My boys have been there every year of their lives!

E Team:

Wingo, your longstanding involvement in that event - a lawyer who sells egg rolls at a hippie festival in Eugene - puts you in the PDXFBBL Hall of Fame all by itself, regardless of the outcome of this year's playoffs.

Down 45 with KD on deck.

Took Mom to see the Liverpool Legends perform at Carnegie Hall the same song list as the Beatles played there in '64. 300 hi school band members in relay teams from two schools shared the stage for the second set of later hits. Imagined the daughter of the commish up there. Lot of acts of Christian outfits take the stage there these days. Many shows cost 4.50 at Carnegie Hall like Liverpool Legends. Everyone on clubfreetime.com website gets this last minute deal. Could have used a a couple of Wingo's edibles to get thru a pre concert monologue by George Harrison's sister, who was also at the '64 show.

There has been a save the Atlantic sturgeon from the construction of the new Tappan Zee from NJ to Westchester. This is supposed to convince us our water ways are healing? At NYU, I saw a documentary called Merchants of Doubt. It is about the same manipulation tactics on the news used last century by cigarette rollers and today's power companies. An Owsley acid trip test on soldiers courtesy of Uncle Sam indeed.

Neglected to mention profits from Liverpool Legends goes to fund musician students' trips around the world. Good actors, not as good technically.

Tom sounds like an interesting Beatles tribute I know the Tappan Zee well my cousin David lived in the Piermont/Nyack area on the west shore of the Hudson and my cousin Diane in the White Plains/Yonkers area. She used to work in Tarrytown after moving from an upper East side high rise.I recall David and I used to go GWB to Jersey get gas from cheaper old school uniformed attendants then proceed up to Piermont. They had a great music scene there a small club that used to attract big names from the city.

Congratulations to Hawthorne I last went to the fair in the 80's I had a trip planned for the every 10 year anniversary when the Dead were to appear I believe 1992 but Jerry was sick and later died of course a drug and sugar addiction killed him.

E Team:

The Invaders, so gracious in the heartbreaking defeat. Undone by the fellow Northern Californian Ryan Anderson. Sad and ironic. Stay clear of all Pelicans, I say.
Congrats to Wingo on the Finals trip and to Mark on a fantastic season.

Looks like Plus 4 will be taken out and move to a do or die Monday - Thursday match-up. Ticket was accepted and moves through turn(n)style where the lights are bright. Winner to face a rested Wingo.

Hey Hans, about that broken clock working twice a day, do I get the better result from my Hawk and my Clipper as your Hawk and your Clipper?

I just want to comment on the amazing high scores that have been posted in the first round of the playoffs.
Really tough losses by Mark and P$.
My memory is pretty bad, but I'm guessing that these might be some of the highest on record.
Reason...we are playing the playoffs while the stars of the league are still playing games.
My case for 35 games has been made.
In fact, the NBA should take a cue from the Eleague and shorten it's season.

It was Christmas in March for the Wingos, as Pau (Noel) not Nerlens came through big time!
