Invaders enjoyed attending the St.Marys-Portland Pilot game last night-St.Mary's will move in top 25 after huge victory over #23 Gonzaga Thursday night..Portland was led by a 7foot Dutchman from the cheese making town of Gouda named Van Der Mars...St.Mary's continues winning w/their large scale recruiting of Aussie talent(Patty Mills is the only one to go on to make the NBA so far)
Ticket says Change: Hibbert McGee Smith Granger Wade Deron
The St. Mary's team someone we'll see in the March Madness tourney of 96, or every other Div. 1 School? My alma mater-not that that matters-has a lady Viking All-America for PSU. She might be worth seeing. I'll see if any fellow hoop fantasizers want to check her out.
Speaking of 70+ memories, this one was from awhile ago, but I remember getting a 71 from, of all fun loving, chain smoking Serbians you can imagine, none other than Vlade "The Impaler" Divak when he was at Sacto.
Ticket's 3rd lineup and last lineup for match 7 vs FELLOW streaker (PERISH THE THOUGHT) SWAT: McGee Hibbert Josh Smith Granger G. Hendu Deron
Nothing like waking up to a probable DNP for your 1st pick (Wade) in the paper. Channel surfing during NY's fine dining on cheese heads, the Pilot-Gael game the scorekeeper attended was watched during commercials. There's a freakin' concession stand in the corner of St. Mary's end zone practically on the baseline. I can just imagine Shaq at LSU wolfing down dogs during time off court. It reminds me of my corner end zone seats in Memorial Colisseum, where the Blazers need to play against 60 point a game Sacto to keep the 166 game sell out string alive. I patted San Diego Clipper tOM cHAMBERS ON THE BACK after a game and he scowled back at me. So here's a friendly butt pat in words for our scorekeeper doing such a bang up job keeping us current, unlike the treasurer and standings poster child.
