Match 15 standings are out, check your email gazette.
With 10 to play, no question that the Germans are in the driver's seat. Their nearest pursuer for the scoring title, Ticket, would need to outscore the P4's by 20 a match from here to catch up. Not unheard of, but not easy.
In terms of the standings, it's good to see some pressure on the Grand Teutons from the Invaders, Wingos and Ticket. All are clearly within reach of first place, and others still have a shot at the Top 4.
With the enhanced pot, the League Office sees no reason not to reinstate the popular NIT, which will have the 5-8 teams vying for a luxurious $25 payoff.
That will leave one, lone human team on the outside at the finish, shunned from two tournaments and on the hook for a round of drinks. Two of the league's most august franchises, the Nitecaps and E Team, may be in direct competition to avoid that honor, although not all others are safely out of the woods.
Shout out alert:
The E Team would like to take this occasion to salute Dave's prize recruiting class, the Wingos, the B, and the Knee. While mostly arrayed around the middle of the pack, these exciting new franchises have been a fine addition to the association. Here's hoping they'll stick around for when we get back to the 40-match schedule.
And many, many thanks to the Swami of the East Bay, the great Invader Mark Mosier, without whom our very existence would be in doubt.

Happy to be involved fellas. Drafting veterans in a season of no training camp and back to back to backs has hurt me at times.
