Superb TDay dinner last night at the home of young Jim (Sockeye) Davis. His juicy bird and my wife's Venezuelan rum sweet potatoes and pecan pie stole the show. I brought a sixpack and a bottle of five-dollar Italian wine from Grocery Outlet.
Hope you all got appropriately high on tryptophan.

Swat and guests dined at the Riverview Restaurant on the roaring banks of the Sandy River, then on to Edgefield for 1994 Pink Floyd live in London in Jerry's Ice House, some 6 year old Rye at the Distillery, followed by a stroll to the Red Shed for roast peanuts and libation, and finally shuffle board in the basement at Lucky Staehly's Pool Hall. Finished the evening with a nitecap at the RAT (Rose and Thistle on NE Broadway).
