When a team has one game in a match period and there is a DNP, how does the second chance opportunity work, didn't we decide it was an early call for that player?
E Team:
Sean, the second chance only works if there is a second game within the match period. It is null and void otherwise.
The E Team is entertaining family and also, after watching a former student perform admirably during his North Dakota team's loss to Portland State in hoops last night, went out drinking (heavily) with other former students, a novel and thoroughly delightful experience, aside from the slight disruption in the physical plant (do not drink with college students if avoidable).
Also took in the Warhol exhibit at the Portland Art Museum today. Impressive, although I don't really know enough about printmaking to fully comprehend the man's impact as an artist. I frankly enjoyed the European classics and the 1,000-year old Iranian earthenware in the other collections better.
Also just finished rewatching the superb Battered Bastards of Baseball, the documentary about the legendary Portland Mavericks, on Netflix. I assume you guys have all seen it. No sports fan with any connection whatsoever to Portland should not have seen it. Tom will back me on this.
I shall endeavor to publish most recent lineups in the morning so that Invader can retake the helm. I'm back to work in a few days. Yes? Mark? You there?

As a former Beaver fan,I recall in '82 seeing Vancouver Canadian Brian Eichely toss a 7 inning no hitter due to a limit at the time to 7 innings for each game of a twin bill. I walked into the visitors club house to have Eichely sign the ball with Romans 10:9. A motel manager on Burnside where the hipster hang out is handed me a Bible with a hook for a hand. The verse reads, "If you say with your lips Jesus is Lord believe in your heart God raised him from the dead, then you will be saved."
Strike out "be saved" and replace will "see James Harden become the first 50-15-15 and Russell Westbrook go triple double faster than anyone on Ne Year's Eve. Miracles happen.
