So I have a question. Draymond is out tonight so he won't get 2nd chance points for Wingos in match 16 but what if he did play and as you can see above Warriors are an early call? He'd have to be counted twice if Draymod was also in match 17 lineup so isn't that something to consider in the dnp discussion? Shouldn't you have to declare any Laker or Warrior today for Match 17 rather than before Friday lock if it's an early call?(unless lineup is unchanged from prior match) Would Wingos get to use same total from Thursday for 2 match periods if Dray played? So 2nd chance becomes a problem on mid-week early calls something we never discussed because it doesn't happen very often....
Mark, I would say have to honor the SCR and count Dray's second game of the match period as part of Match 16. If he does not have a game in the Match 17 window, he becomes a late call for that match. I can't see any other way to resolve it.
Ticket says a second chance rule must not take precedent and turn an early call game into a late call. It goes without saying that one player score can not count in two matches. This DNP solution of turning an early call into a back up game for one dnp’s sake in the previous match is not worth double counting for two matches.
There is a late call next month. Two early calls would replace it so the less changes the better.
