E Team says:

It should now be perfectly clear to us just how much entertainment we missed out on when Stacy put his team on autopilot for 25 matches.

Adding to his body of comedic work, the Ruff Trader attempts to put either Rich J (15) or JRich (14) into his lineup - it's hard to tell which - but fails utterly and is forced to accept Joe Johnson's 32.
It hardly matters, as he lays a 232-91 drubbing on the McCarthyists, who may now take their rightful place alongside people like Easy Ed Lecher and the Angry Drunken Dwarf as one of the most pathetic franchises in league history.

But there's an irony here I hope you guys aren't missing.
While Stacy loudly proclaims that this league should never be "90% draft night," the simple fact is that his success this season is 100% draft night and that virtually every move he has made since then has been an indisputable flop.

So let me get this straight. We're simultaneously worried about non-competitive franchises and arguing for a league in which Stacy has even MORE opportunities to fuck himself?

Uh... yeah. Sure. Makes perfect sense.

E Team says:

And how's this for lukewarm drama? The league's putative titans, the P4's and Nitecaps, engage in a uninspired slapfight like two rummies at closing time.

With both teams poised to land well below 200, the Germans send Durant against teammate Westbrook with a one-point lead.

Unless the XMan can defy the odds, he'll fall two games out of first place. He's also going to be overtaken by the DBS in the points race no matter what.

Then he takes on Stacy in Match 34.

OK, I totaly ment to put Jason Richardson in the lineup. I've been getting both these guys, Richard Jefferson, mixed up since the Wilcats v. Spartans in the NCAA finals 9 years ago!

Thank god I got out of that pickle with a fuck up and someone gave JJ a Dayquil and he went off!

Opps! Your welcome for the entertainment.

Master Race:

Thanks for the commentary E... Every once in a while I love this league... The rest of the time I just like it a lot (though this could be due to the fact that we are always quite good)

E Team says:

What's this? Westbrook outpointing Durant by nine fp's in the fourth quarter of the Thunder/Knicks?

Nitecaps nurse an eight-point edge over the Germans!

Do you believe in miracles?

OH NO! What's happening in Manhattan!?!

Tyson's Down, Tyson's Down!
P4's left looking for their mouthpiece after this stunning upset.
When it's all said and done the mighty P4's might look back at this match as their undoing.

Nitecaps trying to keep their feet on the ground while still reaching for the stars.

Sure that's a little over the top. But this might be the first time all season that Westbrook has bested Durantula.

E Team says:

Unbelievable!

Westbrook 50. Durant 46.

Nitecaps188, Plus Four 185.

We have a new leader.

Like they say, you don't play the game on paper.

E Team says:

The E Team holds on for a 211-199 win over the Invaders, extending it's win streak to nine matches.

Ticket stays alive - or at least solidifies his hold on the NIT top spot - with a 187-172 defeat of the Schittslinger.

As previously reported...

Shooters 232, McCarthy 91
NiteCreamers 188, P4 185

The E Team fails to close to within two games of homecourt, but does get within three of first place.
The Shooters will have to make a bolder move, trailing the leaders by five with seven to play.

E- I'm not sure what your arguing with this statement?
So let me get this straight. We're simultaneously worried about non-competitive franchises and arguing for a league in which Stacy has even MORE opportunities to fuck himself?

Uh... yeah. Sure. Makes perfect sense.

Activity is always good. Whether they are good decisions or not is not the issue. I would much rather have a team making bad moves than no moves whatsoever. I know I would like to have that option.
So it seems most of the active teams gave the requested input but you never seemed to offer any follow up. Was that just an exercise in futility?
I thought Stacy made the best point...If it doesn't work change it back.
