A firefight has broken out between the frontrunning NiteCreamers and the DBS. The XMan gets a 14 from his Cap'n Kirk, but huge numbers from GWall and Bogut may have given him a slight edge. Good stuff.

Meanwhile, the P4s are off to a slow start, but may be facing a McCarthyists team with as few as four guys.

The E Team takes on the bottom-dwelling 'Slinger, but gets sub-30's from DLee and SJax, who goes 1 for 16 against the Clip Joint. That's nice.

And the Invaders, who face elimination from Top Four contention with a loss to Ticket, get a DNP and a 12 from Wilson Chandler.

The Nitecaps post their best number (231) since Match 22, putting heavy heat on the DBS, who'll need a 49 from DHow to tie.

The Germans, who enjoy a DNP and other assorted malfeasance from the McCarthyists, should get a win.

The E Team is relatively solid but not out of the woods against the pesky 'Slinger, while the Invaders continue to look like a long shot to keep their season alive against Ticket.

Ticket says

When DBS picked my cut point Lou-ser Williams, I believed E-Team by approving his intervention of the Self-Shooters.

Apparently we were wrong. Tuesday wasn't the only time the answer for the missing "Answer" has answered Shooter's need for this point instead of a third string power.

I'm no longer the Knish Commish, but I request the dick-tator own up to this unforsee-able event. In the name of best interests for the playoffs, he should ask his fellow finalists to allow the swap.

The rookies, Invaders and Ticket were never really in the hunt at the time of the last supplemental draft, so this opinion from the peanut gallery is merely one of empty shells.

Tom, I don't have the first clue what your talking about. Stacy didn't pick up anybody in the last supplemental.

I'm never sure what Tom's talking about...wish I did.

You cannot be serious.

Stacy's DHow is four fp's shy of tying the NiteCreamer with 33 seconds left in a blowout Magic win.

The guy shouldn't even be in the game, but he hits a short jumper, he gets a defensive rebound, and he gets fouled going for a missed Pietrus layin with five seconds to play. Orlando is up, like, 18.

He hits the first.

He hits the second.

Shooters 232, XMan 231

Unfreakinbelievable. Does that shit happen in corporate fantasy basketball?

The E Team barely holds on to defeat the 'Slinger by 214-208, extending its win streak to 10 matches and closing to within two games of the NiteCreamers.

Ticket is still awaiting his Melo, but has already defeated the hard-luck Invaders, who left draft night with one of the league's most impressive rosters, but are now officially going to the NIT.
Sorry Mark, you deserved better.

I attempted to Cut Love and pick up "sweet" Lou.E, vetoed it. In defiance, I said fuck the Sup. and went with what I brought.

Im always confident in my team. I knew I was gonna win.

Sorry had to be you D! Always next year.

Nice win Stacy,
"There's always next year"? Jeez, you make sound as if I was just eliminated from contention. I still have the inside track on a first round advantage and my team is just getting healthy. If I start anyone but Marvin Hamlisch at 6 I win that match.

Rounding out Match 34, the Germans make their return to the top of the standings official with a 207-138 win over the five-man McCarthyists.

Ticket, winning by 178-124, ushers the Invaders to the NIT, where the two will most likely serve as king and queen, in no particular order.
