Ticket votes for two with one drop by 4:00 in order to pick again. Order of standings for two rounds. No back to back picks is the way that was done in the past if I'm not mistaken.
Invaders wonder will draft be based on standings after 3 or 4 matches?in inverse order of course...

Mark, if Match 4 is wrapped up tonight, or if outcomes are certain, we should use the standings through four matches to determine supplemental pick order. I'll get out complete standings by tonight.
As far as whether to just pick up a guy or go two-for-one, I don't really care. But we should mandate building rosters to 15. Enforcement is obviously a potential issue; perhaps we don't allow anyone to participate - now or in coming supplementals - until their rosters are at the required number.

Eric-Invaders have looked at schedule and see that the outcome of the Swat/Nitecap match will probably be in doubt. OKC plays Sunday night and Westbrook and Durant are on either team...
Eric-in making a case for 2 picks Invaders have studied early stat leaders-20 of top 80 scorers are not currently in our league.Also 9of the top 35 rebounders 5 of the top 35 in assists aren't represented.Half a dozen players appear in at least 2 of these categories...it's early of course but there's a lot of free agent talent right now

If we are going with through Match 3 standings I am ready to pick #15 now plus drop player.

Here's how the supp will work. Based on inverse order of standings after Match 3, each team will acquire one player. Once that round is complete, all teams wanting to continue will announce a drop, after which a second round will commence. That way, those who wish only to acquire a 15th player will have the option to do so.

We start at 4 PM Sunday with Swat Team picking first. Quite honestly, I don't know what we're going to do with any team that neglects to participate in the first round. Does that team remain at 14 players while the rest have 15? For how long? Do we create an opportunity for such teams to expand their rosters at some later supplemental? I don't know.
Feel free to make suggestions, people. I admit to being a bit puzzled. I think all teams should maintain the same number of players on their roster, but hey, I'm kind of old-fashioned.
Invaders suggest that match 4 standings are offical except for Swat/Nitecaps-since their game won't end in time we could just let Dave pick 2nd after Swat giving him the benefit of the doubt.If you look at the scores post it would be easy to get an order based on 4 games instead of 3 for the other 4 teams-I admit this would help me because I'm 1-3.But I do think I should pick ahead of JRB who just beat me and is now 2-2-otherwise I pick behind him based on total points.
Invaders also suggest that if a team doesn't participate that they be induced to pick someone the following day before the match as Tom has said.Otherwise they would not be allowed to get their 15th player until the next supplemental.Such teams would pick in inverse order of the standings for the next draft but obviously wouldn't have to drop a guy..

Mark, we can't assume anything about the outcome of the 'Caps-Swat match, so we must use the Match 3 standings.
Eric-Why should Invaders pick 5th w/a 1-3 record??I'm saying assume nothing-let Dave have pick 2 because we know nothing-I'd get pick 3 instead of 5 which I deserve because I'm 1-3..the order under my scenario is 1-swat/2.Dave/3-Me/4-ticket/5-jrb/6-you/7-p4-under the 3 game scenario I pick behind both Tom and JRB who are 2-2 while I'm 1-3-punishing me for Durant and Westbrook not being in the books-Dave and Sean can be frozen in their 3 game slots while the rest of us are finals for 4 games...it's simply unfair to deny me the 3rd pick
also Eric-that was Swat w/his Brand pick-in answer to his position questions the answers are as follows-Batum,D.Wright and Jefferson are 3's only-T.Douglas is a 1 only-Allen is only 2-I'll double check on Big baby but I think Harrington is 4 only

Eric-Invaders report after talking to Tom he seems to favor the 3 game scenario.I see that I actually would pick 4th not 5th and Tom also seems to think that JRB won't be part of supplemental-if he did he'd pick 2nd.If JRB isn't going to care(if he doesn't pick then I'm 3rd anyway)and neither Dave or Tom go along w/my 4 game scenario then I'm outvoted-those are the 2 teams it would also help besides my Invaders

Mark, I see your point about Ryno picking ahead of you, but there's just no way to determine whether you should pick before Dave or the reverse. If he loses, he'll probably trail you in points, meaning he should get the higher pick. If he wins, you should pick in front of him, but we won't know that. And can you move one guy based on Match 4 results (Ryno) and not others (you, Dave)? That seems weird to me.
If you guys think it's a big enough issue, we could move the supplemental to later tonight. I don't care. I'll be up. Let me know.
Eic-I could wait until 6:30-7 when Thunder game ends..That's why I said to give Dave the benefit of the doubt and give him 2nd pick-as it stands now it only has an important effect on me and JRB if we go w/my scenario-if we wait and Swat wins his higher point total possibly puts him behind me and definitely Dave in the draft.If Dave wins I would get 2nd pick for sure which would be strange because I have the highest point total right now and am only 1-3.So if we wait and Swat wins he wouldn't be able to get Brand w/the first pick
I'm available all night and will check in periodically to see what the decision is.

Tom just called me(Invaders) and said he must draft from library now-he has no later online access-he's having trouble logging on now-he wants to email or call me w/his picks-but if that's what he ends up doing then he could do that later as well..
