I don't recall a postseason in which the top seeds went in looking so vulnerable. The E Team and the Invaders enter with a combined four straight losses; the underdogs Swat and Nitecaps have won four straight between them.
The E Team faces the Nitecaps in a rematch of last year's first round, when the XMan got help from a DLee DNP en route to a title. What'll it be? Revenge? Or more of the Waterfront Cafe Curse?
No team has won three titles in the storied history of the league; Dave has a chance.
Another original, the Swat Team, must turn a three-match streak into five to get past the expansion Invaders, the only team in the field who won't be a repeat champion with a title.
Mark just got a little healthier with Granger and Nash back. Sean has been tough of late, but he may need some luck, too.

Ticket likes Swat in the nuclear reactor #3 slot-the one that uses uranium recycled from nuclear weapons. That's straight from the (Jason) Hart. Invaders is my sentimental favorite simply because I don't want Swat or E-Team to catch up to my two titles, let alone Nitecaps, who after missing the playoffs in my first nine seasons, could win a league leading third title.This was the only year everyone competed.
