The league office apologizes for the delay in standings updates. Match 18 reporting is now current. Match 19 standings will follow in the next 24 hours.
Interesting scramble for three playoff spots behind the front-running Germans, who notch their remarkable ninth MHS in Match 18.
Also good to see the Swat Team snap a four-match slide and stay close to the Top Four. Meanwhile, NIT fans are surely enjoying the hillbilly free-for-all taking shape as the bottom feeders wrassle to avoid the moonshine tab.

Match 19 standings are out. And hey, with virtually no discussion on extending the regular season to 27 matches, I'm going to assume that our default position is the 25-match schedule we agreed on earlier this season.
And not to harsh anyone's buzz or anything, but the Germans could virtually clinch the regular season title with a win in the current match, depending on how other teams fare. And they have essentially locked up the scoring title as well.
Put that in your lederhosen and smoke it.
Invaders had already assumed we were playing 25 to insure 6 match periods for the potential of 2 rounds of 3 games each during the playoffs..P4 does indeed appear to have locked things up w/202 vs. Kontrol....other partial scores:Caps 172 Ticket 156 w/Duncan left to go...BDLK 148 Invaders 144 w/ a large Polish guy from Phoenix still to play...Belvederes 172+Parker Eteam 167...Wingos look like winners leading Swat 198-157 Sean is waiting for his Gashole while Hawthorne awaits Rudy Gay's results

Hey, 25 matches it is. I'm pretty sure we could squeeze in two more, but if nobody cares one way or another, I'm done making noise about it.
Looks like all three title contenders will live to play another day despite the seeming Plus Four win over Kontrol in Match 20, but the Germans' magic number is getting very, very small.
We let them pair Kobe (bad wrist my ass) with LBJ and they're making a run straight for the flag. Get ready to toast the Teutons, people.
Does anybody have the firepower to keep them from a title?
I wouldn't be engraving the trophy so quick.
P4's haven't had to endure any injuries and we've seen them dominate the regular season before.
I don't care one way or another on the additional matches.

So E-Team's scared of facing Ticket in match 27? That's dumb. We can play 3 full cycles fair & square. I mentioned this but the treasurer ignored my post after the only early call of the season drew this response to blame on me:
Ticket says Magic early call only one this season. If there's a tie in the fantasy finals' 3rd match, the last Mon-Thur. match period has only one game for some teams, so I suggest the first two finals match period contain an extra match that week.

Since it's been decided without me the regular season ends two weeks from Sunday, this will be the last supplemental draft Sunday. I recall "pre-playoff supplemental draft" was a rejected suggestion.
10-8-1 Wingo loses match 1 & 10 to Mr. B,match 8 & 17 to Cap,match 4 to Ticket,match 7 to Invaders,match 9 to Kontrol, match 15 to P4. Wingo not 11-7-1 in latest standings.

Tom, I'm afraid to play Ticket in Match 27? I was the one suggesting we play the extra regular season matches, retard. And I have no idea what the rest of your post was about.
But the 27-match ship has sailed. There was clearly no collective enthusiasm for playing the extra matches. It's a dead issue.

Invaders went over Wingo record and I got 11-7-1 through 19 games-the 7 losses were match 1/4/7/9/10/15 and 17 and the tie w/Nitecaps was match 8-Wingos won match 20 so they should be 12-7-1 at present-while we could squeeze in the extra 2 games I thought why put the longest possible run of playoff matches up to the last day of the regular season-the shortter compacted schedule makes me favor the conservative approach of 25 games knowing we were lucky to even have a season this year!!a full slate of games await us next season- 2 other leagues I'm in (Espn) will start playoffs after 2 more weeks-Sean or Dave can you tell us if that's true in our Yahoo league??
