Latest on rotoworld features E-Team's Ellis for Ticket's Josh Smith. Gut feeling the Hawk benefits more from this deal. Smith goes down in history in the greatest Smith lineup: Elmore-5, Larry-4,Kenny-1, & (off the top of my head) Phil-2. Charles is a sixth Smith.
No time for Bingo or room for (a Kn-) Ish.

Wingos note the glory years of the 80s when you could field an all-Johnson team vs. an all-Williams team and have a good game. Now all we have is Smilin' Dave Johnson in our league to remind of the day...

The all Johnson vs. Williams team reminds me of the only championship for a city I lived in. The '79 Sonics featured Dennis Johnson, John Johnson and Gus Williams.

Interesting topic. "Personal titles." Kinda not fair that Tom grew up in New York, but who leads us in titles won by teams from cities we were living in?
I think I'm in at four. Blazers in '77, Mets in '86, NY Giants twice in, what, '86 and '90. One of you hockey geeks will have to tell me if the Rangers won a Stanley Cup between '84 and '94. And do the Devils count if I lived in New York?
And wait. I saw the New York Cosmos beat the Seattle Sounders in Portland for the NASL title in, like, '77. Pele's last game. Top that, sports fans.

I was born late for the 1917 victory for Seattle Metropolitans win over the Montreal Canadians for the Stanley Cup.

Invaders list is as follows for Oakland 72/73/74 A's world series(in '89 when A's earthquake series win I was living in Reno)... 2010 and 2012 SF Giants(living in Oakland)...'75 Warriors(Oakland)...Raiders '77/Raider win living in Oakland that super bowl I attended w/Mark Davis at the Rose Bowl.. watched '81 Raiders win super bowl w/current Grizzlies GM and others at Amarillo Slim's party at the top of the Hilton in Reno.I was running w/bookies back and forth to the bay and going to grad school at University of Nevada living at Capri motel right across from campus...49ers multiple super bowls while living in Oakland starting with '82 etc...I was in NY for '86 Mets victory (went to the parade)I remember I had told some idiot that day Sid Fernandes wasn't Spanish(he's of Portuguese/Hawaiian ancestry Eric's knows there are lots of Portuguese in Hawaii)so I was technically living in NY for Met win before moving back..lived in NY 1999-2007 for 2 Yankee wins in that period...
